Jeff brings significant Trial and litigation experience to the Goldberg Jones team through his prior service as Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps.   

As a Judge Advocate, Jeff dealt exclusively with service members and the accompanying stressors unique to military personnel.  “I gained invaluable experience in dealing with the significant issues that can complicate custody and support agreements.  It was my initial exposure to the parental rights of service members that led to my desire to pursue a family law practice”, says Jeff.    

“After gaining substantial trial experience, I desired to return to Washington State.  My familiarity and understanding of the military lifestyle, coupled with my acquired litigation skills, enables me to better advocate on behalf of my client.  I feel I can provide them with a sound legal strategy together with a realistic approach to achieve specific goals.  My experience as a Marine has taught me that success is possible in even the most seemingly untenable position.”

Jeff enjoys spending downtime pursuing outdoor activities, running, playing golf, rugby, and spending time with family.
